Hello, I'm Joshua from Douglasville, Georgia. I hold a bachelor's degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, where I studied computational media with an emphasis on intelligence and game studies. During my undergraduate studies I worked as a teaching assistant for various levels of college computer science programs. Next, I hope to enter Georgia Tech's digital media master's program with a game artificial intelligence focus. My interests and hobbies include video and tabletop game design, playing video games, managing conventions, and playing tabletop games.I enjoy being able to help students overcome challenges to their success. I adapt my tutoring sessions to each student's strengths and learning style, and focus on foundational understanding over rote learning. I like supporting students in building their own success. I am particularly passionate about teaching programming and game design, and I am also available for tutoring in GRE computer science, GRE quantitative, IB computer science HL, IB computer science SL, IB design technology HL, IB design technology SL, technology and computer science, and graduate test preparation.
