I have 10 years of experience working with students in academic and non-academic settings. These include the classroom, camps, and other extracurriculars. I'm certified to teach elementary and special education. As a special education teacher, I worked with students individually and in small groups. My favorite subjects to teach are math, writing, and elementary reading. Because of my experience working with special education students, I know how to teach using research-based strategies as well as content. In addition, I have been trained to help ESL students. In my free time, I enjoy music, art, and the outdoors.
